My Coffee Source aims to be readable and usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our standard

The site aims to conform to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

What we have done

All images include descriptive alt text. The site uses a logical heading structure: one H1 per page, followed by H2 and H3 subheadings in order. Text and background colours meet the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio required under WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Links use descriptive text. The site does not use auto-playing audio or video and is navigable by keyboard.

Known limitations

Some older articles may contain images with incomplete alt text. These are being addressed as content is updated.

How to report a problem

Contact us via the contact page with the URL where you encountered the issue, a description of the barrier, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five working days.
